Hi, my name is Kristen. I'm a mom of three young children and have experienced the ups and downs of weight loss and weight gain during pregnancy and postpartum. During my pregnancy with my youngest, I gained 50 pounds, which left me feeling uncomfortable and self-conscious during the postpartum period. I struggled with losing the weight for a while and doubted whether I could ever feel confident in my body again. However, on my 73-pound weight loss journey, I learned a lot about myself and the process.
I understand the challenges you face, like wanting the weight to come off faster, questioning if it's worth the effort, and struggling with cravings that lead to setbacks. My aim is to ensure you never feel alone.
I focus on building your self-confidence for sustainable, long-term goals. This isn't about short-term fixes; I want to end the cycle of weight regain after stopping a program.

Hi my name is Eric, I am a dad of 3 amazing children and a passionate fitness coach and gym owner. I have over 18 years of athletic experience and commitment to the craft runs deep.
I started bodybuilding over 6 years ago and have been continuously educating myself on the sport and everything involving fitness. I took on being a coach to my wife, Kristen, and helped her accomplish the goal of reaching the body building stage after having 3 children!
